If you think of Canada, you will not only think of the endless expanses of this country, but you will immidiatly lose your thoughts in the magnificent mountain landscape, which in winter wraps itself in a thick blanket of the finest powder snow. On skitour in the west of Canada, a dream many of us dream of. Every winter i have the privilege to work as a mountainguide in this deep snow and to explore new areas again and again.
In British Columbia i discovered a crossing known as the canadian Haute Route. It leads over serveral large glaciers and passes a relatively easy to climb 3000m peak every day. Together with my friend Corin, a genuine Canadian and mountainguide, i would like to lead a small group of skimountaineers through an untouched landscape to lay a trail through the finest Canadian powder snow!
